Hello Spencer's Crossing Homeowners!

The Spencer’s Crossing Master Association Board of Directors has announced that the Clubhouse Pool area will be closed starting next week for approximately 90 days to complete essential repairs and renovations. This decision follows a board meeting held on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, where proposals for the renovation project were reviewed and a vendor was selected.

Pool draining is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, April 15, with renovation work officially commencing on Friday, April 18, 2025.

While the timing is unfortunate with warmer months approaching, the board acknowledges the inconvenience and appreciates residents’ patience. The decision was made due to the deteriorating condition of the pool deck, which now requires a full replacement to maintain safety and usability.

In addition to replacing the deck, the renovation will include:

• Replastering the main pool, wading pool, and spa

• Removing and reinstalling the damaged outdoor shower tile work

  
  

These long-overdue improvements are necessary to keep the community’s facilities in excellent condition for years to come.

During construction, the Oasis Pool will remain open, and homeowners are encouraged to utilize that facility.

The Board has thanked all residents for their understanding and support as these important upgrades are made to ensure a refreshed, safe, and enjoyable pool experience for the community.
