Exciting News: Assessment Fees to Decrease This Summer at Spencer’s Crossing

The Spencer’s Crossing Master Association just announced some exciting news for us homeowners!

Following the April 9, 2025 Board of Directors meeting, the 2025–2026 Operating Budget was officially approved—bringing with it a positive change for the community.

Effective June 1, 2025, monthly homeowner assessments will be reduced from $112 to $99. This decrease reflects the Association’s ongoing commitment to careful budgeting, efficient operations, and a dedication to easing financial responsibilities for residents whenever possible.

More information about the updated assessments will be included in the Annual Disclosure mailer arriving later this month, as well as in the May edition of the community newsletter.

The Board of Directors extended its sincere appreciation to all homeowners for their continued trust and support. Thanks to the thoughtful planning and responsible financial management, Spencer’s Crossing continues to thrive as a well-maintained, welcoming place to call home.
